Nice apartment with sea views located in the residential area of Bonanova, a few steps from the Paseo Marítimo de Palma, and the Porto Pi shopping center, where there is a large supermarket, restaurants and bars, a multitude of shops and a new cinema .
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and microwave (no oven) also washing machine and a full bathroom.
The location of the apartment is very good since it is perfectly connected by public transport, both with the city center and nearby beaches. Likewise, it has relatively close access to the highway, which makes traveling to any point on the island much easier and more accessible.
The apartment is located on the +2 floor of the building, it does not have an elevator, however the staircase is wide and comfortable both to go up and down.
It is perfect for couples or friends looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay while they discover the island of Mallorca.
