Description
The location of the studio is very good, as it is perfectly connected by public transport, to the city center as well as nearby beaches. Likewise, it is relatively close to the access to the highway, which makes it much easier and more accessible to travel to any point on the island.
The studio consists of a room with a double bedroom and a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and microwave (not oven) and washing machine, a full bathroom, and a clear side terrace.
The studio is located on the -1 floor of the building, it does not have an elevator, however the staircase is wide and comfortable both to go up and down.
Is perfect for couples or friends looking for a relaxed stay on the island of Mallorca.
